Couple of good ones

My daughter and I have found a couple of good ones!

Rosemary Wells of Max and Ruby fame has redone the illustrations on one of her early books Noisy Nora. We have really enjoyed it. There are a number of things you can really ham up as you read. "So Nora had to waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaait." My daughter now hams it up with me as we read.

Toddlerobics by Zita Newcome has been fun too. We do the "exercises" along with the kids in the book. Some pages we do several times. Especially the bump your butts page.

Fancy Nancy by Jane OConner had to be renewed and reluctantly returned. Nancy loves to be fancy and her family doesn't know how to be fancy. She just finds this incredible, so she decides to give fancy lessons. Nancy and her family are great. I love how her family supports her love of fancy and rally around her when she has an accident at the restaurant. My daughter had to have a dinner in "fancy" dress because of this book. We had fun and held our pinkies out!
